Who is Doug Morris?

Doug Morris has owned and operated several businesses over his 26-year business career in Tennessee and Missouri. After his initial stint in manufacturing management with International Paper Company, Doug went out on his own to start a database marketing company specializing in the pizza industry and automotive industry. He then branched out and received his securities and insurance license to run an investment office, which he built from scratch. Wanting to grow and expand, Doug took his educational background and opened 15 offices in 3 states (MS, TN, MO) in the tax industry. He is the CFO of a dental lab, and he still runs & operates his tax practice, Tax Force.

Wanting to use his experience to help business owners transition from a life of running a business to a life of enjoying the fruits of owning a business, Doug started Tax Force Capital Funding to ensure a business is properly valued, strategically listed, and professionally represented to sell and get funding for working capital, equipment financing, and other financial needs.

Doug has a BA degree from Carson Newman University and has done graduate work in theology at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduate work in business at Webster University. He resides in Memphis, Tennessee.
